Terms of Service

Account Creation

To use Nexlog, you must create an account through our registration system. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Use a valid email address that you control
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Not create accounts for others without their permission
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account:

• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security (recommended)
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Your match history and contributions to team data may be retained in anonymized form
• Any active subscriptions will be canceled
• You will lose access to all teams and data associated with your account

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or fail to pay subscription fees.

Team Creation and Ownership

• Users can create teams and invite others to join
• The team creator initially has administrator privileges
• Teams must maintain at least one administrator at all times
• Team administrators are responsible for their team's compliance with these Terms

Team Membership

• Users can belong to multiple teams simultaneously
• Team administrators control membership approvals and removals
• Members must comply with team-specific rules set by administrators
• Membership status (pending, approved, suspended) is managed by team administrators

Data Isolation

Each team's data is completely isolated from other teams. You can only access data for teams you are a member of. Cross-team data access is prevented by design.

Subscription Tiers

Nexlog offers two subscription tiers:

Billing and Payment

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes

Seat Management

• Team tier includes 3 seats; additional seats cost $2/user/month
• When team members are added, seat counts are automatically adjusted
• Adding seats results in prorated charges for the remainder of the billing period
• Removing members does not result in credits; seats remain until the next billing cycle

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
• After cancellation, your team will be downgraded to the Free tier
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by law

Price Changes

We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Prohibited Conduct

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Collect user information without consent
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription limitations
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Content Standards

All content you upload or create (team names, deck names, profile information, etc.) must not:

• Contain hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Include sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Promote violence or illegal activities
• Infringe on trademarks or copyrights (other than fair use of TCG card names)
• Contain personal information about others without consent
• Include spam or deceptive content

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this policy, including:

• Removing or modifying content that violates these Terms
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement
• Pursuing legal remedies

Nexlog Intellectual Property

Nexlog and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create on Nexlog (match records, deck lists, team information, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, host, and display your content to you and authorized team members
• Process your content to provide our services (analytics, statistics)
• Back up your content for data protection purposes

This license terminates when you delete your content or account, except for content shared with teams or retained for legal purposes.

Trading Card Game Content

Magic: The Gathering, its card names, and related content are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Nexlog is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Use of card names and game terminology is for reference and tracking purposes only.

Feedback

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use and incorporate such feedback into our service without compensation or attribution to you.

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at george@flexslot.gg and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the United States, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in court to prevent irreparable harm, and claims related to intellectual property rights may be brought in court.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexlog regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Third-Party Rights

These Terms do not confer any rights to third parties, except as expressly stated.
